It does not apply to the websites owned and operated directly by Andersen Windows and other sites, services, and products that do not display or link to this policy or that have their own privacy statements.

Ownership

ATA Group owns www.ata-nv.com and operates it for and on behalf of Desert Shores Doors & Windows. As such, while the website is operated and maintained by ATA Group, some of the information collected herein, including without limitation personal information, will be delivered to Desert Shores Doors & Windows for the purposes of contacting Visitors interested in a service estimate. While this Privacy Policy applies only to this site, it will inadvertently apply to the information exchanged between ATA Group and Desert Shores Doors & Windows.
